The spectacular Formentor peninsula is home to Eleonora’s Falcons, Balearic Warblers and much more.<\/p>\n

Places like s’Albufera<\/strong>, Ses Salines<\/strong>, the Tramuntana range<\/strong>, the Formentor peninsula<\/strong>, the Art\u00e0 peninsula<\/strong>, are all places that the birder cannot afford to miss if he or she spends any time on this rich and varied island in the Western Mediterranean.<\/p>\n

Black Vulture<\/strong>, one of the specialities of Mallorca, can be seen in the Tramuntana range<\/p>\n

Birds you’d want to look out for include the endemic Balearic Warbler<\/strong>, Balearic Shearwater, Eleonora’s Falcon<\/strong>, Black Vulture, Audouin’s Gull<\/strong>….<\/p>\n

\"Red-crested<\/p>\n

Red-crested Pochards<\/strong> can be seen at the S’Albufera Natural Park<\/p>\n
